Hello, I wanted to ask that does your app track any data if i use my own storage destination to handle call logs/Data? Also does vapi communicate to other AI.s in a way that for example OpenAI / 11Labs does not store chat data that it processes? I just red that it is possible in business plans in OpenAI to get the option where the AI does not store conversation data and i am wondering do you guys have that option in vapi as well.
