Thanks, yes I have read a lot of people with the same problem. Nothing can do this end, its a case of waiting for vapi support to respond, which i gather is sometimes never. I think i need to take the hit and find another platform with less bugs. Unless you have access to VAPIs backend systems, i suspect you cant help me 🙁
