Hi there! 👋 We’re using SIP Trunking with Vapi and have been experiencing intermittent one-way audio or silent calls. According to the documentation, only two IPs need to be whitelisted for SIP signaling: 44.229.228.186/32 44.238.177.138/32 However, while monitoring production traffic, we’re seeing RTP traffic coming from several additional IPs. After adding these IPs to our firewall, call audio improved (fewer silent cases), but new IPs keep appearing over time. So far, we’ve added this full list: 35.89.67.171 44.247.54.98 44.249.102.120 44.251.170.45 44.238.177.138 44.229.228.186 35.185.187.110 35.247.157.189 35.204.38.71 34.147.113.54 35.92.126.90 35.165.205.132 34.59.11.47 Question: Could you please confirm the complete and up-to-date list of IPs (both for signaling and RTP/media) that should be whitelisted to prevent call drops or silent audio? Also, is there a recommended general range of ports or IPs that covers all possible RTP endpoints used by Vapi or its underlying carriers? Thanks in advance 🙏
