Hey Guys, I have created a basic appointment scheduling agent for a client and have been struggling with 2 main issues. 1. AI agents makes up the slots that do not exist. 2. Provides slots such as 1am, 2am, etc which exist but are not ideal. When asked to only provide slots between 8am and 9pm. It again makes up the slots instead of looking up the next slots using the check availability tool. Has anyone come across this before? Thanks, Samir
