Vapi number limitations

Each wallet can have up to 10 free Vapi phone numbers1. There is no explicit per-number call limit documented for free numbers, but there is a limit of 10 simultaneous calls (concurrency) per account for both inbound and outbound calls unless more concurrency is purchased23. For outbound calls, there is also a limit of 10 outbound calls per day per organization3.
Does that mean I can only make 10 outbound calls per day with the free vapi phone numbers, but that limitation is lifted on a Twilio-imported number?
The 10 concurrent calls is still a limitation even with a twilio-number, though, right?

To create a free phone number on the Vapi platform, follow these steps:
1. Go to the “Phone Numbers” tab in your Vapi dashboard.
2. Click on “Create a Phone Number.”
3. Select the "Free Vapi Number" tab and enter your preferred US area code.
4. Vapi will assign you a random phone number free of charge. It takes a few minutes for activation before calls can be made.
Each Vapi account can create up to 10 free phone numbers, which are available for US national use only. You can also import international numbers from Twilio if needed. For more detailed guidance, please check [this document](https://docs.vapi.ai/free-telephony).
