Okay. I'm essentially trying to just have a the call transcript sent to a custom webhook right when the call ends. I am having issues finding how to trigger this when the call ends, and how to tell vapi how to send the transcript. I've tried creating tools, however I can't seem to find either the trigger or the part where I can send the transcript.
