Use n8n or make.com to create the workflow to handle this for you. Start with a webhook, input the webhook URL into a vapi tool, set variables> add an http module, include the calendly set appointment endpoint, get your API keys and all that. Set it up then add a return to webhook URL that notifies your assistant that the appointment was successfully booked. That's your setup.
