Incorrect Call Recordings/Transcriptions

I have had two separate reports on two different assistants in the last 12 hours of the agent repeating questions, interrupting, etc. When I pull the recording it looks like the audio tracks are merged and incomplete so it is very hard to troubleshoot. Has anybody else experienced this or have any troubleshooting recommendations? Call IDs: 019a58d7-aca9-7114-95e2-b6c722776c69 019a5588-570a-777b-b984-5f8e07c5bd8f

Hey, I’ve handled similar Vapi issues where agents repeat or cut off due to merged or incomplete audio tracks. This usually happens when transcription or stream sync lags between channels. I can help review your session logs and webhook flow to spot where it’s breaking. Are you using Telnyx or Twilio for these calls? @Will

Hi Will, If you're experiencing issues with call transcripts or recordings, it may be helpful to look into several potential error messages that could indicate underlying issues. You can reference comprehensive details for each error at [this documentation link](https://docs.vapi.ai/api-reference/calls/create). If the problem involves custom transcribers resulting in call failures, you can track such issues with the 'pipeline-error-custom-transcriber-failed' error code. This has been newly added as an endedReason option, and more information can be found in the [changelog](https://docs.vapi.ai/changelog/2024/10/16). To address any discrepancies or missing data, please verify the call setup and completion details to ensure no service interruptions or errors during processing. If specific error messages are received, refer to their corresponding solutions in the documentation to resolve the issue.

Hi @Will please watch out for @User . He says he knows the answer to your problem and he can help. But he will ask for money upfront. I made the mistake of doing so and never heard back from him. I already reported him in the # report-scam channel. But I wanted you to be aware of him. Cheers!

Thanks for the heads up!
