Is there any way to tell if your numbers are down without actually calling the number? Some API endpoint to check the number?

yes, works fine. Not sure if it was due to free phone numbers? b/c Retell AI was working same time fine and they charge 2 usd / month for the phone number. Not sure if that happens with Twilio imported numbers too on VAPI?
