The settings for my assistant are limited to preset dropdowns and fields. In order to enable SSML <break> tags, I'm being told that I need to enable them through the Voice Configuration settings in the assistant's settings. But I need to be able to access/view the Advanced Configuration "version" of the assistant's settings in order to do so. And that I to contact Vapi support to request access. Can you please give me such access? Please let me know what you need from me in order to view the Advanced Configuration option.Thanks!

I have enabled SSML parsing via a PATCH request to Vapi's API. I get the 200 OK result. I then enter <break> tags in the system prompt but the assistant literally speaks them i.e. "break time 1 s" or it actually says "Hi John, pause, how are you today". What am I doing wrong???

I really appreciate the apology but you never replied with an answer to my problem. Or with any guidance or instructions. I replied to your email, changed the subject line to REOPEN in hopes that you guys get my email and can help me sort this out. But it has been over 6 days. Please help!!!!
