The way he operates (you can see how he interacts with users in the #1211484481848873020 channel) is by "luring" users by letting them know that he knows what's the solution to their problem. He then proceeds to propose a chat or some sort of way to go directly to DM. He would then propose "helping" the user solve the problem they are having BUT there's a fee involved. And it has to be paid upfront! He doesn't do it out of the kindness of his heart. Once you send him the money, he then proceeds to give all sorts of excuses as to why he can't connect or why he is delayed. Thanks!!!
