I recently switched from Twilio to Telnyx cause Twilio didn't offer local numbers for Italy, only toll-free numbers which charged me money really fast. So I bought a local Italian number from Telnyx. I imported my telnyx number with the API key, but when I call the number the line is just "busy". I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong... I'm also seeing a lot of issues with Telnyx with latency it seems like... anyone has insight?
