Built a voice agent that’s connected to a form. As soon as the form is submitted, the VAPI agent makes an outbound call to the number and starts qualifying the lead. I sent a demo to a prospect to test it. He filled out the form, got the call, and picked up—but something strange happened. When he answered, the phone still kept “ringing” for a few seconds during the call (you can hear it in the recording). Then it suddenly showed that the call was connected. Has anyone else run into this before? Any idea what might cause it or how to fix it?
