Hi, so I have a scheduling assistant who does not always book the appointment, yet when i check chat thread, the calendar tool it says appointment confirmed. I have had clients show up telling me they have an appointment, but I have no record of it. I went to freelancer.com and had someone tell me it would take 80 hours to build a new assistant and 60 hours to trouble shoot the existing. Anybody have any thoughts
