403 - Error Files API endpoint - make and n8n

I am experiencing very hardtime getting through the files API Endpoint through cloudflare blockage from both n8n and make.com.
The API works perfectly fine for other endpoints its only this one that gets blocked. Is there any way for that to be allowed through by you guys??
I just get a cloudflare RAy id and just notice that I've been blocked.
