Hi Guy, We checked the configuration for 406-312-8200 and confirmed that the Montana Feed assistant is already linked to the number directly, and the number is also tied to the Squad. When both are connected, the Squad routing can override the direct assistant and cause the generic fallback greeting you’re hearing.
