Has anyone gotten an assistant to be able to transfer a call (not with the use of the transfer tool because you can't seem to have one scenario with that tool) Other than asking it to send a SIP URI invite to an extension number? Our phone system only allows calls from other extensions which i have configured in the BYO trunk settings but it doesn't seem to allow me to transfer. If I use a static work flow and stay transfer call to x extension, it works with the use of the transfer tool. Looking for a dynamic way to handle transfers to people not other ai asssitants, anyone managed to do this?
