@Flash Automate I have already tried splitting/separating the assistant messages into multiple ones e.g. assistant: Hi John! assistant: How are you today? assistant: the reason I'm calling assistant: is to tell you about our services. The assistant for whatever reason steamrolls through the entire thing! No "natural pauses". I have also tried to insert system: messages in between the assistant: messages and that does nothing!! I don't know what else to do! I might have to find an alternative platform that does allow to introduce "pauses"
