Can someone help me in Updating the Custom GHL Field through Vapi Voice Ai. Scenario Context: Ai Need to call the person who booked appointment in GHL Calendar through the form, confirm the time and date, ask qualifying question ( Update answer in the Custom Fields). According to answer if Qualified / Not Qualified, (Update it in custom field.) If Not Qualified, needs to cancel the appointment. If Lead want to change the Appointment time, Reschedule the Appointment.
