Also just a general question... how is Squads superior to Workflows? Using models like GPT-OSS 120B are extremely low latency and conversational but struggle at complex prompts. I wanted to potentially use them with deterministic workflows which it would excel at. From what I see squads is connecting multiple agents which I'm not sure i necesarily need. I've seen Vapi trying to push away from workflows... why is this? I'd like to keep the "same" agent same voice etc but be able to plan out specific workflows to utilize the speed of the model and controlability of workflows.
