Hi @Vapi , I'm trying to add credits to a new organization I've created, and I keep getting the following error pop up (screenshotted). The card details are definitely correct, it's the same card I'm using on a different Vapi organization. I also can't add other cards. The organization ID in question is

This error usually happens when the payment method you're trying to add is blocked, expired, or not allowed for the new organization, even if it worked in your old one. The quickest fix is to remove the card completely from your previous Vapi organization, then add it again to the new one so the system treats it as a fresh payment method. Also double-check that the card details, billing address, and bank restrictions are correct, because any mismatch can cause “Invalid payment details.” If it still fails, try adding a different card—if that works, then the issue is definitely with the original card.

The payment info entry box will hide your card info once it has been saved. If the numbers are still showing in it, click all the checkmark boxes then it will notify you that it has been saved and will hide the card info. Once saved, you can purchase credits by scrolling up to the top of the billing page and click purchase credits on the upper left corner.
