Hi is there someone in Vapi Support that could help? We are looking at the BAA agreement and are confused by the changes to the standard terms: Company agrees not to introduce any PHI onto the Provider platform through it's API or dashboard. Doesn't this make the HIPAA mode and a BAA redundant? I'm assuming we are missing something, but I'm not sure what it is?
