An assistant I have been using for a while now just randomly disappeared, it still shows on dashboard but gives me this error "Error: RangeError Message: invalid_argument Timestamp: 2025-12-01T00:44:23.602Z" I have to make a copy one (thankfully have backup settings), but this is very frustrating, how do I get the original assistant back? @Vapi Support Bot

Action Step: Go to your [Vapi dashboard](https://dashboard.vapi.ai/), navigate to
Observe > API Logs
, and search for error details around the timestamp
2025-12-01T00:44:23.602Z
. This will help you identify the cause of the "invalid_argument" error and provide information needed for support. Tip: Include the call ID, timestamp, and error message if you contact support for faster resolution. For more, see the [debugging guide](https://docs.vapi.ai/debugging). Hi, I am sorry for the delayed response. If you're experiencing issues accessing your assistant in the Vapi dashboard, try the following troubleshooting steps: - Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes old cache data can cause issues. Clear your browser cache and cookies and try accessing the dashboard again. - Use Incognito Mode: Try accessing the dashboard in an incognito or private browsing window to rule out any extensions or cached data causing conflicts. - Check Browser Console: Open developer tools (F12 or right-click > "Inspect", then go to the "Console" tab) to check for any error messages. If there are errors, please note them as they might help in identifying the issue. - Try a Different Browser: Sometimes, switching to another browser (like Firefox or Safari if you're using Chrome) can help identify if the problem is browser-specific. - Ensure Browser is Up-to-Date: Make sure that your browser is updated to the latest version as outdated browsers may not support certain features or have known bugs. If these steps don’t resolve the problem, could you please share any error messages or console logs you see? Thank you
