All ORGs disappeared from our account yesterday (1...

We are unable to view any of our orgs in the VAPI dashboard. More importantly we are also unable to make any calls via these orgs. We keep getting "unauthenticated" errors. All fo these ORGs have been making calls up to this point. Some of the ORGs have been in place for more than 6 months without issue. What has happened!? I have emailed support but heard nothing back! This is critical for us.

hey sorry to hear about that. could you please provide the email address that is associated with those orgs? they dont have to be the admins of the org, as long as they are members at least. you can also DM me the email address(s) directly if you want to maintain privacy.

We previously had an issue where some of our orgs dissappeared BUT we could still call. This was an issue at your end that was rectified. This issues was handled by "Ashwin Alaparthi". This issue is much worse as we cannot make any calls or view the orgs in the dashboard.
Its also worth pointing out that we received a "Confirm Your Signup" email at 17:05 GMT yesterday, which is about the time the issue occurred.

@User whats the SLA on responses? Its approaching 24 hours since we stopped being able to make calls. I have heard nothing from support via email and nothing from Ashwin Alaparthi who I also emailed and who helped previously. I am simply asking for some feedback on what you have found so i know there is some progress. 🙏

sorry i'm not sure if your DM came through. could you please send it again? typically, once orgs are deleted the information cannot be restored. if you have any phone numbers that are linked to your old deleted account, we can unassign them from the old org to allow your new org to use them. please provide one of the phone numbers and we should be able to find the rest.
