However, I’m still running into some issues with time handling, specifically, how the assistant determines when the office is open or closed. In other AI platforms, I’ve seen discussions about using a JSON file to define business hours. Some people say it’s not a great practice because it adds unnecessary complexity to the prompt, while others see it as a reliable single source of truth. What’s your experience or recommendation? Could managing business hours through a JSON file actually improve the assistant’s behavior?
