Outbound Campaign

I'm unable to launch my outbound campaign. The Launch campaign button is disabled. Tried all the instructions shared in the email from support team and the instructions posted here from the past. I'm using a Twilio number, Formatted the column in the E.164 format. Selected the Assistant and this still doesn't work. Launch campaign button is still disabled.

Please double-check your CSV file to ensure the column header is exactly
number
(all lowercase, no spaces), and that all phone numbers are in E.164 format with no extra spaces or special characters. For example:
number
+14151231234
+14153455678
Even a small typo or extra space can disable the Launch button. For more details, see the Outbound Campaigns Overview documentation you referenced. Source: - [Outbound Campaigns Overview](https://docs.vapi.ai/outbound-campaigns/overview)

Thanks for providing the details. Since you’ve formatted your numbers in E.164, selected the Assistant, and are using a Twilio number, the issue might be related to hidden validation or campaign prerequisites. Often, the “Launch Campaign” button stays disabled if some required fields or settings aren’t fully completed or if the Twilio number isn’t fully verified. Could you confirm that all required fields, message templates, and consent options are completed, and that your Twilio number shows as active and verified? @GavaskaRaj

Hello. Let us know if you need anything else.

This is failing again. I created a campaign today and it showed a error message like this. But it dialed up 10 numbers and stopped.
Can you help me on this. Yesterday again the campaign stopped after 10 calls being dialed

Hi GavaskaRaj, Given your situation, it seems like all the basic requirements have been checked. Here are a few more things to verify: 1. CSV Formatting: Ensure your CSV's
number
column is in lowercase and that numbers follow the E.164 format without spaces or special characters. 2. Twilio Verification: Make sure your Twilio number is fully active and verified, as this is necessary for the campaign to initiate correctly. 3. Campaign Setup: Double-check that all settings in the campaign creation page are filled out, including any message templates and consent options, as these could prevent the "Launch Campaign" button from becoming active. 4. Concurrency Limits: Verify if your organization has any concurrency limits that might restrict the number of simultaneous calls. More details are available in the [outbound campaigns overview](https://docs.vapi.ai/outbound-campaigns/overview). Once these aspects are reviewed and adjusted, try initiating the campaign again. If the issue persists, it might require further analysis of your CSV file for hidden formatting issues or a re-assessment of your Twilio verification status.
