Hi Vapi Team, I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out here because I haven’t received any reply to my email regarding a partial refund. It has been 6 days with no response. I purchased $40 of credits but later realized it was more than I needed. I currently have $30.60 in unused credits and I’m requesting a $28 refund from that remaining balance. Could someone please assist me with this? I would really appreciate a quick resolution since my previous email has gone unanswered. Thank you.
