Hello everyone, I'm pretty new to VAPI and I am trying to build my firsst AI Assistant Agent, but I am running into some issues with my setup and configuration. Let me try to explain an maybe someoen can give me some light. My model is that my agent is gonna be handling phones that were forwarded from a cellphone (in example), the Agent (VAPI) pick up the call, everything goes well, but for some specific reason needs transfer back the call to the same cellphone. To avoid get into a loop that the agent pick up again the forwarded call, I was thinking to use a SIP Phone app on the cellphone. So far everything configured, but I am not being able to have the call transfered to the SIP softphone, VAPI correctly transfer the call (or at least that is what the agent says) but no call is received on my SIP phone on my cellphone. Test scenarios executed were PSTN (cellphone) -> VAPI -> SIP (not worked), Talk to angent (test) -> VAPI -> SIP (not worked). So I was wondering if someone maybe have had some similar situation and ran into this type of issues. I would really appreciate any insight or advise.
