Hello team, I want to build a call center from scratch using VAPI. I don’t have much software knowledge. I’ve watched many articles and videos, but I haven’t been successful. Where can I get support on this topic?

Hi, Can I help you?

Hi
I previously had the opportunity to test Vapi, and I now have a technical question.
I currently operate a call center company and would like my outgoing informational calls to be handled by an AI-based voice system
During the call flow, based on the recipient’s responses, the system should classify the interaction as positive or negative and forward the related contact details to me accordingly.
This data can be securely stored and accessed through standard system integrations.
At the moment, in the first stage, I am actively using a SIP register structure on Asterisk. As far as I understand, this is not supported on the Vapi side. Which system should I use instead? Can I get support from you during the setup phase? Because the structure is quite comprehensive, it felt a bit complicated, and unfortunately I couldn’t figure out exactly how I should proceed.

Hi Matsuhito, To set up your call center with Vapi, you have several options for guidance and support. Although Vapi doesn't natively support SIP registration via Asterisk, you can still leverage telephony integrations like Twilio, which can work in tandem with Vapi for comprehensive call management. For hands-on support, you can explore the [Expert Directory](https://docs.vapi.ai/community/expert-directory). This resource connects you with certified partners who can assist with planning, deployment, and troubleshooting, even if you have limited software experience. Engaging with an expert from this directory is often the quickest way to ensure your call center is effectively configured. If you'd like to understand how Vapi can classify interactions during your call flows, consider using its API to integrate functionality that evaluates call outcomes and records them appropriately. This setup can help your system determine if interactions are positive or negative and handle contact details accordingly. For more structured outputs and AI capabilities, check out the [Lead Qualification Assistant](https://docs.vapi.ai/assistants/examples/lead-qualification) documentation. If you have further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to reach out.
