How can we deal with low confidence values getting filtered out. Ideally, we'd have a hook where we could act on these low confidence values e.g. if confidence < 0.5 -> say: "Sorry, could you repeat that", rather than just filtering out the word and getting an awkward silence till the AI says its timeout prompt. Is this possible in Vapi?
