Hey VAPI team, I’m running into a critical issue with my VAPI account and need urgent assistance. My account was flagged and sent through the verifier, but the verification never completes. It keeps re-looping continuously, and no matter how many times I go through the process, it doesn’t resolve or clear the account. What’s happening: Account gets hit with the verifier I complete the verification steps System loops back and asks for verification again Account remains blocked / not live This has happened multiple times, even after following the process exactly as instructed. This account is tied to live production systems, and I urgently need it restored within the next few hours. The delay is impacting active client operations and live automations. My questions: 1. Why does the verifier keep looping instead of resolving? 2. Is this a known issue or false positive? 3. Can someone manually review and clear the account? 4. I've been having the same problem for two days now. I've completed all the verification steps, and then everything freezes. When I contacted support, a day and a half later I received a reply with the standard instructions on how to complete automatic verification (which doesn't work). Vapi support, please pay attention to this issue. I emailed again, but waiting another two days for a response on such an important issue is unacceptable. All our planned work before Christmas is being disrupted.
