I'm trying to deal with a problem right now where small businesses still want their regular receptionists during business hours, but a vapi AI when not. What is the best way to deal with this? I thought about having the Vapi immediately transfer to the human depending on time of day, but it's having trouble doing that and will only transfer when prompted
