Hello all, I have found a fix to the whole transfer issue. First I removed VAPI AI from using my Twilio number, switched over to Retell (https://www.retellai.com/) and tested with an SIP trunk that routed from US to AU and I can now transfer immediately (both warm and cold transfers) VAPI's transfer problem has been happening for a long time it seems and support has been hugely lacking regarding this.
