Hi, thanks for your quick response. I've currently been experimenting with the AI voice bot features of Wildix, but was hoping for something better. I've only just come across VAPI so apologies I'm not very familiar with it yet. We are wanting to handle incoming calls and then escalate to a person. I'm I right in thinking that VAPI will handle the incoming call itself and then hand over to our PBX (Wildix) when needed? Or is it more Wildix takes the call and uses webhooks to connect to VAPI?
