You can increase concurrency two ways:
• Self-serve: Purchase additional concurrent call lines from the Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Reserved Concurrency (Call Lines). Defaults: 10 concurrent slots. Increasing applies immediately. See docs: https://docs.vapi.ai/calls/call-concurrency
• Enterprise: If you need large or unlimited concurrency, consider the Enterprise plan (unlimited concurrency, higher rate limits, SLAs, HIPAA/SOC2, SSO, etc.). Contact sales here: https://vapi.ai/sales
Notes: concurrency is billed as reserved lines (not auto-scaled). If you tell me how many concurrent calls you need and whether you prefer self-serve or enterprise, I can advise next steps.
