No, we’re not transferring to the same number. The Twilio number is only used to receive the call into Vapi. From there, we’re transferring out to a completely different external number. Vapi logs show the transfer tool is triggered with the correct destination, but Twilio never shows an outgoing leg being created – the call just drops.
