For those here who are using vapi for outbound calls, I need aupport. How do you price, do you absorb vapi cost and telecom cost and charge a fixed monthly rate? Or you charge a retainer and let clients top up vapi account and twilio/or whatever telecom provider? I am confused, so any advise would help 🙏
