i have been stuck with my agent not performing well. Every call is a new issue. My bot now repeats itself, asking tthe same questions repeatedly. Also my transcriber isn't logging the full call, making it impossible to do an eval. 019bba42-dd67-7994-8ab1-68bc010deb7e, at :34 it asks a question, after the user answers it repeats itself at :50 019bb3c6-1a1f-7bbd-b2f6-b762d6d31f1f - this call went in circles, and won't allow an eval due to not transcribing, though the full call log is available. It happened right away. at :04 it started, at :42 it started over, repeating itself, the again at 1:24
