Hi Team, I am facing severe latency issues (13s+ per turn) on German PSTN calls via Telnyx. My logs show that the calls are currently routed through aws-us-west-2. My dashboard is currently showing a "Not available, try again later" error when I try to access certain settings, so I cannot resolve this myself. Please pin my organization to the EU-Central-1 (Frankfurt) region. Org ID: 562cb8e3-4099-40a0-ac0c-688b4fa01e53 Assistant ID: 440eaf43-f5e6-417f-906c-161d59f05f77 Example Call ID: 019bc326-c785-7882-8dd6-d683fb9f252f The current round-trip to the US and back makes the voice experience unusable for our German projects. Thanks for your help!

Hey, that 13s latency is brutal for voice, especially on German PSTN calls, so I completely get how blocking this is for you. Routing through the US will definitely cause that kind of delay, and pinning to Frankfurt should fix most of it. Your org and assistant IDs look good, so the team should be able to move this quickly once access is restored. Quick question — are all German calls going through Telnyx or only certain routes? Happy to help you test once it’s switched. @Olli

Hi Team, I recommend switching to a Twilio number to resolve the latency issues we've been experiencing with Telnyx. Based on my testing, this should significantly improve call quality and responsiveness. If continuing with Telnyx is necessary for your use case, I suggest implementing a SIP integration instead of the direct Telnyx integration. This alternative approach can help mitigate the latency concerns. Let me know if you need any assistance with the migration or have questions about either solution. Best regards, Vapi Support
