As long as your VAPI provider and servers are EU-based and compliant with local telecom regulations, EU callers and senders shouldn’t lose calls. The 7.5 s void issue sounds like a timeout setting check your SIP/VoIP timeout or webhook response times. If your server doesn’t acknowledge the call fast enough, the provider may drop it. Adjusting those settings usually fixes it. @Andreas
