Thanks for your input David! As far as I know CNAM is recommended if you're calling land line numbers, but we are calling the mobile numbers of users who agree to get an AI call. There may be more to it that I'm missing. We certainly are not doing many calls at one time as well. So, not really sure what other option I have atm...
