This definitely looks like a template-related issue rather than something on your side. When the End Call node in that template is modified, it seems to trigger a validation check on an invalid or missing credentialId, which causes the save to fail. I can try to reproduce this on my end and help you find a clean workaround so you can save the workflow without errors. @etrock
