Hi Team , I got 2 issue to fix here . 1st My vapi voice agent for incoming call is behaving like it didn't get any response from the caller and customer has to repeat same answer 3-4 time . issue 2 . some of the call output were not correct like surburb name . Example : customer said Pakehnam but agent interpreted it asd papper corn .the captured output are way off the acutal answer. I am using Telynx as the carrier
