AI for Client Phone Calls (Inbound) An AI assistant that answers incoming client calls and communicates like a real operator. Main functions: • Answer client questions in real time • Provide information about: • vehicles • pricing • locations • services and booking process • Handle follow-up questions • Natural, human-like voice • 24/7 availability • Ability to: • transfer calls to a live manager • collect basic client data ⸻ 2.
