Hi! I can help with this. DIDWW doesn’t provide SIP trunk credentials that Vapi requires for the BYO SIP Trunk setup. Because of that, a direct DIDWW → Vapi connection isn’t possible without something in between to handle SIP authentication. In practice, you’ll need an intermediary layer that registers with DIDWW and then passes calls to Vapi using proper SIP credentials. Without that authentication step, Vapi won’t accept the number.
