Yeah, this sounds like a Vapi number-level throttle rather than your Make setup. Even when the daily limit is “reset,” Vapi sometimes keeps the number locked if it was hit hard by automated retries. The N/A timestamp usually means the block is happening before the call even reaches your workflow. I’ve seen Make accidentally re-trigger scenarios and burn through limits fast.
