What you’ll build (examples) Outbound Qualifier: qualify leads, handle voicemail/busy/callback, write to CRM Outbound Sales Agent (SDR) — Growth: objections → book/warm transfer → send payment links via WhatsApp/email → follow-ups Booking Agent: booking rules, reschedule/cancel, confirmations + reminders (WhatsApp/email) Support Agent + RAG: grounded answers from docs/PDF/web, safe “not found”, escalation with context Must-have (non-negotiable) Shipped production telephony voice agents (real calls) Strong Vapi experience Integrations + automations: APIs/webhooks/auth, idempotency, retries, rate limits Hybrid agentic design: workflow + agentic flexibility, state + tool calling + guardrails Reliability/observability: logs, fallbacks, debugging Paid trial (48–72h) Build a small outbound qualifier that writes to CRM (no duplicates), triggers a WhatsApp/email follow-up, and logs outcomes/errors.
