019c1d24-f2d7-711e-8858-3e5e83ce87ca I have a German agent running in production that has recently starting having issues where the agent voice screeches and the agent stops speaking. Attaching an example, I ran some python audio analysis on the recording channels separately and it points to telnyx packet loss between codecs being the culprit. I would appreciate some feedback from the community and mods on this. The call id is attached, as well as the recording and audio analysis file. The glitch happens at 61.0 - 53.0 seconds (3-second duration) Using Elevenlabs turbo_flash_2.5 as the tts. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1467948142635778203/1467948144275882290/019c1d24-f2d7-711e-8858-3e5e83ce87ca-1770015561683-395a00e6-ff54-46f6-ac6e-6f4884154b9b-stereo.wav?ex=69823cbe&is=6980eb3e&hm=41cd98a0ff7697cbcf973a9b6b894e71b114a22dc90c2ec7dea88605e4d5819f&

I reviewed your analysis and it definitely looks like the Telnyx SIP layer is causing those left-channel glitches, especially given the RMS spikes and high-frequency artifacts you highlighted. I can help dig deeper into the codec handoff and packet handling to prevent these screeches and dropped speech in production. Have you noticed if this happens consistently with specific PSTN endpoints or is it sporadic across calls? @Sarmad Sultan

It's most likely a TTS side issue, not Telnyx packet loss. Elevenlabs turbo flash models have known issues; better shift to turbo v2. I have checked the logs tool, no evidence of Telnyx packet loss.

Thanks for the response. That's bad because turbo v2 latency is awful.
