If it’s the same account and workspace, then it’s very likely a silent token or agent-linking issue, Vapi shows it as connected, but the integration isn’t actually bound where it needs to be. The way I usually resolve this is by doing a clean reconnect, checking scopes, and validating the agent → integration → trigger flow so we can see exactly where it drops.
