the assistant only says the greeting, and the conversation ends immediately. I can neither speak myself nor enter any information.

Hi, Thanks for sharing the video. This is unusual behavior. Could you also provide the network logs as a HAR file? Here are the steps to do that: 1. Open the login page but do not click "Sign In" yet. Open the developer tools. 2. Click on the Network tab (make sure to click the recording icon and check "Preserve Log"). I’ve attached an image for reference. 3. Continue your "Talk to Assistant" attempt. 4. After the attempt is completed, export the network logs as a HAR file and reply with it here. This should help us understand the issue better. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1470064985991282917/1471102211533705290/image_33.png?ex=698db632&is=698c64b2&hm=9250a70c31ba247eba759de0c0febf1414cf24af62251a2857227cf8e761dbda&

I don't see the API call to https://api.vapi.ai/call/web. Could you try using a different browser or clearing the cache?
c
Can you try these steps? 1. Open a fresh Chrome incognito window (this disables all extensions). 2. Go to https://dashboard.vapi.ai 3. Log in and try starting a call. 4. When the browser asks for mic permission, click allow.
